How does the chocolate fountain work?
Answer: Inside the fountain is a specially made stainless steel "corkscrew" that rotates and brings the chocolate from the base to the opening at the top of the Chocolate Fountain and then it overflows back down into the basin

How long can the Chocolate Fountain run for?
Answer: The fountain could be used to feed limitless amounts of people. The fountain can be replenished with chocolate at any time during the event

How many people does the fountain serve?
Answer: The fountain feeds up to 400 people, keep in mind that more chocolate may be added throughout the event if need.

What can be dipped in the Chocolate Fountain? Answer: I will work with you and/or your caterer to provide the most delicious array of food to be dipped into the chocolate. If you are using a caterer, please provide me with their name and number and you may also provide them with mine. I will coordinate between the caterer and you to decide the best dipping snacks for your event, be it strawberries, pineapples, pretzels, marshmallows, or anything else you would think to dip into the melted chocolate. If you are not using a caterer we can provide a wonderful array of dipping delights for an additional fee.

What kind of chocolate is used?
Answer:
The finest gourmet couverture chocolate, which means it, has more cocoa butter in it. This is real important for the taste, consistency of the flow and of course the appearance.

What Is The Size Of The Chocolate Fountain?
Answer:
The fountain stands at 29" and weighs approximately 70lbs without chocolate and approximately 100lbs with chocolate.

Do I Have To Set Up, Tear Down & Clean Up The Chocolate Fountain?
Answer:
No, leave all the set up, tear down and clean up to me. I will need at least 1 hour prior to the event to set up and at least 30 minutes after the event to clean up.

How Long Can I Have The Chocolate Fountain At My Event?
Answer:
The initial cost includes 2.5 to 3 hours of service. If you know ahead of time that you want to have the fountain longer, you may request additional time for a nominal fee ($25.00 per half hour). If the request is made at the event, the additional fee is due at the time of the request.

What Are The Table & Electrical Requirements? Answer: It must be very sturdy (must hold 100lbs) and level for the fountain to operate properly. The Chocolate Fountain requires a grounded, 120 volt electrical outlet within 10 feet of where the fountain will be located. Either you or your event facility should provide color coordinated table linens for the table holding the fountain.

Do You Provide The Decorations For Around The Chocolate Fountain?
Answer:
The Chocolate Fountain itself is an eye catcher especially with all the wonderful treats surrounding the flowing chocolate. The table linens should be provided by you or your event location. However, I can work with your florist or provide whatever you may need to complete the setting.

Do You Require Reservations & A Deposit? Answer: Yes! I require a completed contract and a non-refundable $150.00 deposit at the time of the booking to hold your event. The remaining balance owed is due 10 days prior to the event.
